This project is a complete remodel of an existing single-family residence, focused on upgrading both the interior living space and the outdoor environment to create a comfortable, functional home for a family.

The scope includes a full house renovation with a new addition, resulting in a total residential floor area of 3,242 sq. ft., distributed across two floors. The first floor totals 1,671.5 sq. ft., while the second floor adds 1,284.5 sq. ft., improving overall layout, circulation, and everyday usability of the home.

In addition to the interior remodel, the project includes the construction of a new swimming pool and a comprehensive backyard renovation. Outdoor improvements were designed to support family-oriented living, with clear connections between indoor spaces, the pool area, and landscaped zones suitable for both relaxation and daily use.
