This project involved a comprehensive renovation of an existing 1,904 sq. ft. single-family residence, complemented by the construction of a new 400 sq. ft. detached garage, all designed in a cohesive Spanish Colonial architectural style.

The scope of work included a full interior and exterior remodel, resulting in a thoughtfully reconfigured home with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and generous living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The updated layout improves flow, functionality, and connection between spaces while preserving the character of the original structure.

Architecturally, the design emphasizes classic Spanish Colonial elements—arched openings, stucco finishes, terracotta detailing, and warm natural materials—reinterpreted through a clean, modern lens.
