This project involved a comprehensive remodel and a targeted expansion of an existing single-family residence, focused on improving functionality while preserving the home's architectural character. The design blends classic proportions with subtle contemporary elements to create a refined and timeless living environment.

The scope includes the renovation of the existing 1,347.0 sq. ft. residence, combined with a 153 sq. ft. addition dedicated to expanding the master bedroom. The new addition allowed for improved proportions, enhanced comfort, and better spatial balance within the private zone of the home. The attached garage remains integrated into the overall composition.

Interior spaces were carefully updated with a balanced material palette — warm wood tones, clean tile layouts, and brass accents — bringing together traditional character and modern functionality. Exterior refinements maintain a restrained street presence with cohesive finishes and subtle contemporary touches.

The result is a thoughtfully modernized residence where classic design language and improved livability come together in a cohesive remodeling solution.
