The architectural concept emphasizes clean geometry, expansive glazing, and a balanced composition of stucco, natural wood cladding, and contemporary metal detailing. Large window openings and a generous balcony create visual continuity between interior living spaces and the surrounding landscape.

A new 361 sq. ft. garage is seamlessly integrated into the ground floor, maintaining proportional balance within the front façade while supporting everyday functionality. The driveway, hardscape, and site layout were carefully coordinated to ensure efficient circulation and a refined streetscape presence.

Positioned toward the rear of the lot, the detached 604 sq. ft. ADU provides a fully independent secondary dwelling.
