The scope included a 404 sq. ft. addition to the existing residence, creating a new master suite with a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The new layout was carefully integrated into the existing structure to maintain a natural flow between the original home and the added living space.

The design combines clean architectural lines, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and warm contemporary finishes to create a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The new primary bathroom features a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, custom wood vanity, and soft brass accents that bring warmth and character to the interior.

Exterior improvements were designed to blend seamlessly with the existing house through matching stucco finishes, roofing, and proportional window placement, helping the addition feel fully integrated with the original structure.

The result is a thoughtfully designed residential expansion that adds comfort, functionality, and a more modern living experience while preserving the scale and character of the existing home.
