This project represents a large-scale interior renovation of an existing two-story commercial building totaling approximately 94,385 sq. ft. The scope includes a full architectural and spatial transformation to support an IT company, integrating office, manufacturing, and warehouse functions within a cohesive internal environment.
The remodel consists of a complete interior reconfiguration across both levels, optimizing circulation, vertical connectivity, and program distribution between administrative offices, collaborative workspaces, technical production zones, and warehouse areas. The central atrium is redefined as an activated internal hub, introducing upgraded finishes, enhanced lighting strategy, and refined material selections aligned with the company’s brand identity.
Production and warehouse areas are modernized to support flexible technical operations, infrastructure integration, and efficient internal logistics. The project also includes comprehensive upgrades to interior finishes, lighting systems, and MEP coordination, ensuring compliance with current code requirements and performance standards.
The result is a fully renewed interior commercial environment, transforming an outdated office structure into a cohesive, contemporary, and future-ready headquarters for a technology-driven company.
