This project involved a complete remodel and expansion of an existing single-family residence, focused on reworking both the architectural layout and overall site organization to improve functionality, spatial flow, and indoor–outdoor connection.

The scope includes the renovation of an existing single-family residence with an area of 1,423.9 sq. ft., combined with a new addition totaling 1,352.1 sq. ft., resulting in a significantly reconfigured and enlarged main living structure. The addition allowed for a more open interior layout, improved circulation, and updated living spaces aligned with contemporary residential standards.

A detached 2-car garage with storage, totaling 662.0 sq. ft., was retained and integrated into the overall site design, maintaining clear separation between residential and utility functions while supporting improved driveway access and site circulation.

Beyond the building envelope, the project includes coordinated site improvements such as updated hardscape areas, revised driveway configuration, landscape enhancements, and new drainage and rainwater management elements. These upgrades ensure proper site performance while reinforcing a clean, cohesive visual identity across the property.

The result is a fully transformed residential property with a total developed area of 3,438.0 sq. ft., where architectural clarity, modernized living spaces, and thoughtful site planning come together in a cohesive and well-balanced remodeling solution.
