This project represents a comprehensive residential redevelopment that transforms a single property into a three-unit configuration consisting of a primary single-family residence, an SB9 unit, and an ADU.

The existing single-family residence totaling 1,598 sq. ft. was remodeled to improve interior functionality, spatial flow, and overall living quality. The renovation introduces updated finishes, modernized kitchen and living areas, and improved natural lighting throughout the home.

A modest breezeway entry was incorporated into the design, creating a covered transition between exterior and interior spaces while subtly defining the main approach to the residence.

The project also includes the conversion of an existing garage into a 441 sq. ft. ADU, transforming an underutilized structure into a compact and functional independent dwelling unit.

Additionally, a new SB9 unit totaling 478 sq. ft. was introduced as a carefully integrated addition to the property, creating an additional residence while maintaining appropriate separation and privacy between the units.

The overall design focuses on efficient site utilization, clear organization of the three residences, and a cohesive residential character across the property.

Beyond the architectural improvements, the project significantly enhances the property's income-generating potential by creating three separate residential units on a single lot. This configuration allows for flexible rental strategies, multigenerational living, or long-term leasing opportunities while increasing the overall value of the property.
